A number of passengers have difficulty moving but manage to live without a wheelchair. However, airports are a different obstacle, getting from one terminal to the next may be physically exhausting, and painful even with the help of a cane.
2 / 2These days, more and more people are realizing that yoga is a great form of exercise that can help them tone up, slim down, and eliminate stress in their life. Instructors who are truly interested in helping these individuals should note that teaching chair yoga classes can be a great way to keep this form of exercise fresh and exciting. At the same time, however, it is important to note that many people are not familiar with chair yoga. Here are four strategies that will help instructors master the art of teaching chair classes to beginners:
Nobody knows your wheelchair like you do. After repeated use, you slowly become acquainted with the sounds it makes, the way the seat hugs your back, the specific feeling when you push it around. You can immediately hear any new sounds, no matter how low. And you know what it can and cant take on. The wheelchair becomes an extension of your person.
The tables should be spacious yet cozy. When the customers walk in with a companion or two, they would not appreciate speaking to each other uncomfortably from the two ends of a huge table. Neither would anyone like to cram the plates and cups and mugs uncomfortably into one single table because of the paucity of space. The proper cafe furniture could make the dining experience of the customer worthy while seating discomfort might ruin the reputation even if the food is good. The other furniture like the cutlery-case, the storage cupboards and other accessories should be picked up carefully as well. While taking care of the furniture, it would not also hurt to put some innovation in the design of the menu card.
