With the OSIM you get a pair of headphones which you wear; with the Inada the headphones are built-in to the head rest. Again, which is preferable is a subjective matter. Some don't like to wear headphones during a massage as they can feel somewhat restricted. I prefer headphones as the only sounds I want to hear during a massage is the music I'm listening to; wearing headphones does this better that built-in ones.
